We have become aware many of the UV Light Meters probes we receive for calibration require cleaning the glass filters before an accurate calibration can occur. Contamination build up on the glass filters can and will give false readings. The purpose of this paper is to provide you with the proper method, we use, to clean your probe’s glass filter should the need become necessary.
Warning: Do not clean glass filters that have a rough or porous surface. Contact G&R Labs at (408) 986-0377 for cleaning instructions..
